I've only gotten one invite in over a month, but I have found a zillion coins for the coin machine. Random is definitely not particularly random on this site. Accounts seem to get hung up on certain "random" events and see them a bunch for a while before switching to another "random" event.

Random Event You see a shiny coin on the ground and decide to pick it up!
...yup.
I have been getting invites more often so can tell a difference. The user price may still be high because people like us are saving them for when new lines come out etc. The last few line releases really had little of interest to me so I've been holding out to the few I have gotten.
I have no idea if this is what's happenning, but the price today/avg price stats for subq invites is like 745k. Maybe that's part of the reason people keep buying them up to 700k, because I've seen the price drop to 600k for a few hours.
I'm still not getting many invites. I know it's probably frustrating for staff to hear that, I don't think they're lying when they say they've been increasing the rates but the increase is really not affecting me at all. I finally got a single invite the other day, but of course, since I've been without one for so long I'm behind on buying pieces from the shop so it was gone again pretty fast. I'm going probably weeks and weeks between getting invites.
Sorry you still aren't getting invites. I've gotten 3 this past week so I do feel they have increased. Overall randoms have increased me. Mostly I've been stumbling over food but at least I'm not feeling left out lol.
I've noticed an increase in RE's, especially with invited. I've gotten about 5-6 invites in the past week.
I haven't gotten one in... good god, like a month? maybe one or two in the last few months? I've even ran out of them in my currency.
I have been getting them more in the last couple of days myself. I am sure that will taper off but I am enjoying it for the moment, lol.
Before, I think months passed since I had gotten one. In the past week though I have gotten 2.

Definitely noticed an increase this past week, think I've gotten around 3 or so? Seems like they've upped the chances (or I've gotten lucky..) But I had gotten maybe 1 or 2 in the past 2/3 months so it seems unlikely/odd I'd get a random spike from nowhere!
I've had a number of them in the past few days, sometimes a couple within the same day. I'm new so I can't compare to before, though, only offer my current rate.
pronouns are he/him regardless of current HA
I think the invitations are given out too low looking at the price to buy them now. There are some things (more then one or two) it is worth buying directly rather then in the Subeautique store due to the price of the invites. That is, invite+cost to buy is more then what the item can be found for on the player shops or almost equal.
They are more than twice as common now as they were a month or so ago. Actually, closer to three times.
.. maybe it simply takes awhile for the prices to adjust then. :)
Part of it for sure! I think people are buying them up, too. We've been decreasing them for a few months. :)
, thanks for your information!
Welcome! And by decreasing I mean decreasing the ratio aka increasing the odds. Just realized my quick reply wasn't entirely clear!
, thanks again.. and I assumed that is what you meant :)
Speaking as someone who ruthlessly and voraciously undercuts Subeautique items whenever and wherever I can, I have noticed speculators buying up my stuff that I was selling (and everyone else's) and doubling the prices. Since they are massively driving the prices of the actual 'Que items up, this increases the value of the invites themselves.
This has been happening for about a month now, and they haven't run out of sP to do this yet so someusers are buying their overpriced shit enough times for this highway robbery to work. Past attempts by speculators have been fairly easily defeated but there's been a sustained effort this time.
How long it takes to crack them depends on many factors, but to my mind this is not normal supply and demand for this site and these items.
