We had a nice get together too for Father's Day....we made spaghetti, salad, garlic bread and my dad's favorite....chocolate cake and lots of gifts! We played cards for a few hours and I only lost $4 not bad!!! So it was a wonderful and fun day!
I haven't been on the computer much lately... I've been going through all of my STUFF and condensing, getting rid of things I just don't need or use OMGosh....I'm such a pack rat..... I drive my own self CRAZY!! lol
I'm going to have a HUGE garage sale probably sometime in August. I just have so many different arts and crafts too, that I just could never get rid of because I like to do all of them. Drawing, Painting, clay, making jewelry, coloring books, scrapbooking, and sewing!! I just got a whole bunch of material on sale at JoAnn's and I can't wait to try and make my own tops, skirts and dresses! I'm so excited! I really hope I can do it.

It's 91 degrees suppose to hit 96 degrees later today. Stay Cool everyone.of course the maintenance men choose today to fix the AC.But I hope they do it fast & get it back up & running better then it is.They have to fix the sliding patio doors first that don't slide.Our one really,really good Maintenance man left.Now the others are back slacking off again.Grrrrr oh well.I love it when they say we didn't know & I tell them well the other maintenance man Fred knew. we called him 2 weeks ago.He still hasn't shown up.He must be taking the long way around hahahahaha Good old Fred.well let me go Quest & play some games.;D

, your dinner for Father's Day sounds very yummy too. What a big job you have for yourself. I have to be in a very special mood to throw stuff out but it always feel good when I manage to do it. Hope your garage sale is a great success!!! I hope your computer is working fine now.

We had our daughter and son-in-law over for dinner for Father's Day. Had fried chicken drumsticks, mashed potatoes and gravy, salad and rolls. Had blueberry cheesecake ice cream, fresh blueberries and strawberries for dessert. We use to always play games when we got together but don't anymore. Betsy remarked that she wished we still did. She was looking through old scrap booking albums I made years ago. Maybe it's because the girls aren't home anymore and they were the instigators of the games. Playing cards sounds fun Terry.

, I can't bring my peonies in the house either. I do have a couple of rose bouquets from the yard in the house. They aren't bothering us even though I can smell them.

, yum, prime rib, the men at this house would have preferred that too. Hope you have AC by now and your patio doors are sliding! Still not hot here but July is just around the corner. I'm looking forward to warmer nights so the garden will grow faster.

I bought Bruce some very expensive dress shirts on sale for a great low price but the sleeves are too long. Now I know why the low price. I'm trying to shorten the sleeves and put the cuffs back on, don't know if I can do it or not. When I get through he'll probably have to always wear a sweater over these shirts. 😃

know show like always. they were suppose to be here around 3:00 pm never came. I had to leave to take my dog to the vet.at 5pm ,they still never showed we'll see what happens tomorrow.Nothing new Grrrr! I hope they show up tomorrow while you are home and pray your check up goes really well. It was pay back time. My daughter went with me to see The Jungle Book, so I went with her tonight to see Finding Dory. It was cute but seemed very long. I wanted her to find her parents waaaay before she did. haha The little short before the movie started was adorable though.

, the little girl with the black hair in the Despicable movies is so cute! The Dory movie is the first one I've seen in 3-D in years. They've sure perfected that since the old days. That is the least they could do, is let you know if they are coming or not so you don't have to continually try to plan your life around them not knowing when in the world they are coming!

they came at 9am shocked the heck out of me.Brought me a clean alright to be put in AC & took the old one to the shop.Took them maybe an Hour.WooHoo!!! They said they came yesterday.I told them I had a vet appointment & had to leave.They said they will come later to fix the sliding patio doors.maybe this new maintenance man knows his stuff.He has some big shoes to fill.Our old maintenance-Man Andy was AWESOME.We go threw Good Maintenance-man like crazy.the old ones like to say yeah their coming & never show.rolls eyes.You also see them standing around outside talking a lot.which I don't mind if their work is caught up.we all do/did that.They know what they can get away with.When Andy was here he made sure they worked.

Well the headaches are still here but mild. Still shame of the flowers i do love them. Maybe it is the weather, it's been warm, stuffy, rainy...

Tomorrow i am going to pick out stuff for the kitchen for my new home. Cabinets + colors, handles, countertop and the layout.

well the headache is gone and i do thank it was due of the weather. Warm, humid and stuffy weather.

Picked out the kitchen colors,i went for a nice warm brown color, silvery handles and a speckled counter top. Fits together.
