We really do want you guys to fill out the Omen Islands map. I've increased the RE too, so more should be going out and it won't be as expensive to finish it. We don't want you guys to miss out on Carl (because he gives out things during holidays like Keel Hauliday etc), the shops at the Port, or Keel Hauliday.

Before Shinwa would only ask for you to find her bracelet from four quest givers (Wizard, Pete, Maleria, and Alexander). Now Mori & Nori, Quentin, Cinthia, and Carl are included.
