Is it just that you forgot your password and couldn't reset it?

It possible. Old accounts used to be purged; it's a practice we no longer engage in, however. I really recommend that you submit a ticket to be sure, though!

Our ticket system is pretty awesome. If you mouse over the "Subeta" tab of the navigation, you'll see the "Tickets" link there. Follow the prompts, and you're on your way to getting assistance. :)
