So many nice revamps :D

i adore the new rosaries tbh. the willow is a little, eh bc it looks very close to the view and also chunky. it's kinda lost its delicate feel. but it's usable, so there's that. but i love the rosaries a lot more than the kitsune furs, which is a shock, i was expecting to hate them like the furs. glad that's not my opinion 'cause ive loved the rosaries even before the revamp

Is there like, a ping group or an official thread for revamps? I know they don't put them all in the news, and that's fine, but I'd really like a way to keep tabs on this stuff (especially for wearables).

there's two ping groups -- rvi for all revamps and rvw for wears only -- but they still require someone find the sneaky revamp and ping and i don't know how active they are anymore? (i didn't even realize i was still in rvi until the ping for the rosaries other day, lmao).

same, an official thread or something similar would be pretty great s: (the closest i can find is "unsure about a revamp? ask here and uh, maybe someone will know" which is nice but. not the best replacement to some kind of official running list imo)

Yeah, I mean I check that thread from time to time, but it's really not the same as staff just tossing up a post that says "by the way, we've revamped items x, y, and z". Takes less time, nothing falls through the cracks, and cuts down on "are you sure this was revamped???" arguments.

it really isn't :c personally i'd like something like today's news post where they kind of stick it on the end like 'btw we did x number revamps in the last two weeks and here they are' but i can see why you wouldn't want to do that (there's only so many ways to write that kind of news post, hah), so hopefully we at least get a forum post every once in a while p:

While I appreciate that Willow Twig got a revamp, the new version makes me think more "chunky kelp hanging from branches...?" than "ooh, willow tree!" I think it's due to how distinct the strands are -- in an actual willow tree, the strands blend together. In addition, the revamp looks...tilted. Like a wind is blowing it slightly to the left. Actually, it doesn't look like wind so much as the tree just defying gravity.

Also, is it just me, or is this totally the reference image used for the Willow Twig revamp? Either way, it gives a good comparison for what I mean by the strands blending together.

Wait, I thought willow twig was already revamped, several months ago, I beleive... one of the previous shop revamps for Spells Galore...I liked the older version of the willow better:(

thank you for the heads up! i just saw the minions group this morning, so i figured there were others but it's nice to see the full list. (i can't believe.... there's so many......)

xD I'm afraid I'm responsible for them all except the Revamped Wearables which was created by . I've had this obsession with documenting minion revamps since joining Subeta 11 years ago, so that's how the first group got started. ^^"

nah, i think it's great!! i just hadn't realized how many groups you'd end up with once you start splitting things so people can focus on whichever revamps matter to them the most, haha
