is incorrect, the rules on Subeta can be located under Subeta > Help on the top navigation bar. Whilst majority of the Subeta population probably prefer not to read chatspeak, there is no rule against using chatspeak. If you do not like reading chatspeak, you can toggle the 'bad word' filter on and off under Personal > User dashboard > Preferences
