Ok, so I asked in the PC forum here. Didn't find out a whole lot. Then I asked a couple friends. Hogsmeade was looking at offers on the locket a couple years ago, but didn't sell and no one really knows if there was a public copy. Because it's so hard to come by there's hasn't been a price for it.
