The beanbag is also from the March 2015 Collection, you can open it to get the beanbag :) If you do your quests daily, you can get roughly 3+ million sP a day? So actually if you are a good saver it does not take too much time to earn :)

March 2015 should have been your month! Recently each month's collection has been selling from the Cash Shop on the month (regardless of year), so you are late for March, but maybe by next March you can buy it from the cash shop yourself if you haven't already ^__^
