Meet Jinx!

I got her about a year ago from my mom and sister. She hadn't been fitting in with their German Shepherd, Luna, like they had hoped.

At first she wouldn't let me near her, but every night I'd go to bed, and wake up to this by my side. Any other time, she would claw, hiss, and run from me.

For about 3 weeks, I fed her from my hand, played with her as much as I could, and did my best to let her come to me.

It wasn't long before she learned I wasn't as good of a scratchpost as her actual scratchpost.

And now she rather likes lounging around all day, getting under my feet like any other cat, and sometimes, She'll even say Hi to her followers! xD

Trying to sneak into places she's not sposed to and running around like she's possessed at 3am. ...Which sometimes, I'm not convinced she's not possessed when she speeds around at 3am... I don't know, I don't leave my room to find out. Scary movies taught me better than that. xD

GAH thanks for the ping. I totally forgot yesterday. Work was crazy! I won a potion on Thursday, so I don't feel too bad missing out on a chance for the big four. :)

Cute animals. Yay. I'm a HUGE dog person, and someday I would love a dog like this one: Husky/Bernese Mountain Dog mix. My sweet boy was a husky mix, and it's so cute how they "talk" at you.

There are several things about this site to love -- the battling, the art, the sheer number of things to do etc... For me, the one thing that truly sets this site apart from others is the community. The users. Period. There is no other site I have found that has the amazing, supportive community that Subeta does. I love that we can debate, disagree, etc... and still all get along at the end of the day.

And, for what it's worth, helps users out much more than he lets on. I think he's like roadside assistance -- 24/7/365. lol
