I would really like to have the hover information back in the scroll library. Having either look up every scroll in the (not-quite-up-to-date) guide (or even worse, take it out of the library, click on it in your inventory, and put it back) to see what it does, is very inconvenient. It was there before the change, and it's there for the armory, seems like it wouldn't be too difficult?

It drives me CRAZY I really don't use half my scrolls because I have 0 idea what they do x__x;

Why is the stats hover still not back?!? !!!!!

They are not a secret, just a pain to look up every time we need/want to change!

P.S.: Still not showing up in Account Search, either!

Please bring the hovers back. Using the scroll library without them is painful.

When you go to your Armory, if you hover over the weapons they show you what they do and if you have any modifications attached. The Scroll Library currently does not have this feature to tell you what the scrolls do, but lots of people would like it to be added because it's very helpful.
