I didn't take part in that particular one because Subeta's servers kept punting me off since my less than optimal net tends to make a mockery out of anything that involves speed restocking.

<p>Starting tonight, Friday the 17th, at 12:00am until Thursday the 23rd at 11:59pm we will be having a site wide Quest-A-Thon! What does this entail exactly?</p>
<p>You will be working with your fellow users to get 500,000 quests completed during the week. You will need to complete quests from the following quest givers to have them count: Carl, Cinthia, Mori and Nori, Alexander, Maleria, Pete, Quentin, Saggitarius, Allard and of course me. Remember that regular users can complete 10 quests per quest giver while Gold Account users can complete 15 quests.</p>
<p>Everyone will be able to see how many quests have been completed by checking out the news where we will have a progress bar. If the goal gets completed, everyone that has participated will receive 1 new pet slot and the forum title of is forever on a quest for more pets. So make sure to get your friends online and cheer them on to complete their quests every day so everyone can get a slot! You might spot an NPC or two posting around the forums encouraging you to complete quests, too.</p>
<p>Remember that the goal is 500,000 completed quests. We won&;t be rewarding you with another pet slot if you manage a million quests, though we&;ll be incredibly impressed!
That was the mini thing before the Shengui Guo plot last year.

I would literally weep tears of joy for that event. 10000000% support that. But since that won't happen...
I would love another event like Epicon or the Quest-A-Thon, but I also wouldn't mind no events either. There are a lot of areas on site that could just use revamping and new content... which is better suited during the empty summer than the busy holiday months. Maybe more to Shengui Guo. More items in the Saheric Souk? Or even a new shop there. We could suddenly have good rapport with the Island natives and get new stuff to do there. We finally get to see Elwood's pizza place. A museum dedicated to previous plots that holds 'artifacts' to look at. I don't care about plot, but these things are small world-building things that I would love to see added over summer! You don't have to go all-out to keep us happy and busy.
[edit] Oh, the wonderful irony, it took several minutes to see this post, because I was getting constant 502/504 errors. Le sigh.
