So I transferred all the items from my old shop to my new one, and got the queue message. All the items transferred, but only one of each did. In some cases I had 4-6 copies and all of those are just gone. Before I deleted my old shop, I double checked that there were no items left.

Is this just the queue taking a while to update, or are my items gone? Didn't know if this was a bug, so it's in this forum, but it can be moved if need be.

The queue message explains that one of each item will be moved immediately and the rest will be queued to be moved later. You should get an event for each page of items you moved, when they get moved.

I had duplicates that still haven't made it over to my new shop yet and I made the new shop this afternoon. I haven't moved my galleries into the new ones yet until I see that the duplicates show up in my shop first.

How long has it been since you started transferring items over? It took the queue about 5 hours to free up my duplicates C:

Ah - hopefully it's soon! (: The queue is a pain, but I'd rather have that than a total site crash LOL

Weird... I hope it's just the queue being really long, since a lot of people are probably trying to get their move done around the same time. Hopefully your items turn up!

It's been more than ten hours since I transferred part of my Minion Collection over to my new gallery and my duplicates are still missing.

I am patient but if I lose my 1100+ Bebe New Bears over this shop chaos my patience will face its end.

I too am waiting for my duplicates to transfer over to my shops. I think I entered them into the queue at around 9-10PM last night? (Not positive though.) Which would make it over 12 hours.

Mine's definitely been over 12 hours now... just hoping that it's because so many people are doing this at once.

I am reaching about 24 hours now with no duplicates. :/

So, I see two alerts were sent to me at about a quarter to 8 this morning Subeta time letting me know that my duplicates were put into my new shop. :) I only had 10 different duplicate items for a total of 11 eaches, so not too many. I figure it took about 16 hours or so. Wow, how long is it going to take to transfer my 1295 hummingbirds and 1021 Scoots to the new gallery? lol

Mine's been like, a day and a half and they still haven't moved over :|

I am in the same boat. Moved my items last night, and still only singles showing. A friend moved his tonight and his multiples are already showing up! I have made a ticket. Very concerned at this point :(

Edit: my ticket was responded to. "...your items are safe in the queue, and they will show up when they have been processed." Still a bit stressed, tho :|
