Oh I'm 99% sure that's what it is. I'm on day 3 of not being able to taste my food. I feel like I shouldn't eat because if I can't taste it, what's the point?

That sounds like the perfect excuse to eat all the yucky stuff that is good for you! It can't make you feel any worse can it?!

I comfort eat when I'm not well even if I can't really taste anything. I think it's more the idea of enjoying the food than actually enjoying the food.

For me it's not so much portion control. I don't eat much at any particular time, it's that I eat the wrong stuff too often. I eat small amounts of unhealthy foods like chocolate and crisps but I eat them frequently.

On occasion when I'm home after work I do a bit of that.
