I just tested with Firefox and got the same result (Firefox 45.0). I try to move a single item from Bag of Holding to the new shop Hoard Removal, and I get the "over the limit" message.

FWIW, on Safari I did the exact same thing to move just the single item to my inventory, and it only moved the one item.

Ah okay, that makes some sense (though its still a bummer). Thanks for the update so that doesn't happen anymore!

also if you file a ticket a ua can give you 25 csc so you can redo the autopricer :)

Phew! All of the items you chose are queued up to be moved to your New Shop!

IMPORTANT: Depending on the number of people currently in the queue and how many items you are moving, it may take several hours for your items to appear in your new shop! They are slowly being moved over in a queue, so we don't overload the servers!

Just dropping by to let you know that the first step of shifting items from old into new gallery went smoothly. :-) I also like the idea how you decided to do this. Thanks for doing this. :-)

Is it possible to keep this system (i. e. in the new shops) even after the move has been completed? It makes removing several items at once very easy since choosing "all" no longer causes only that items to be moved but allows for moving several items at once.

@ grelca Okay, so just before you guys took the new shops down, I added Feather Frosted Cookie to my gallery and all my other cookies disappeared. D: So it only said 1/1000 D: Should I panic? Or wait until it comes back up and check again? :o

[edit] Tried searching for a cookie item via Account Search and it shows as being in my gallery so maybe everything is still there. I'll wait and see what happens when shops/galleries come back online.

you should get a notification saying "Your items have been moved successfully! Check it out. If you queued multiple batches of items, you will receive an event as each batch finishes." when they get moved, so try searching again after you get that! :)

I haven't tried to take anything at all out of a new gallery or shop but one of my galleries called Polar Express is now empty. It was for books and I don't know how many were in there or the titles. This is a shock! Hope they magically appear the same way they disappeared.

p.s. Now another gallery is empty! Yikes!

Sorry if this has already been addressed, but when the new shops go live for everyone, will the new search function become the only/default one? I'm just looking forward to it being the result when you click on the Search Shops button for quests.
