so cool! ive seen plenty of deer and squirrels around my place as well as birds
Today I saw some crows hanging out in a parking lot. I was able to get really close in my car and got some excellent photographs :)
A woodpecker had been working a tree in my backyard for a few days and made a hole big enough to hide its whole head! At least, until that huge hole ended in the tree falling over and breaking our fence the other day lol.
Mostly crows, hawks, owls, bunnies, & coyotes. The occasional deer or raccoon & there's a bat or two that live in the awning on our back porch. Plus a fun assortment of all different types of weird looking bugs D: I live really close to rolling grassy hills lol
A few weeks ago, I saw a very tiny deer with fully grown antlers. Aside the fact that he was such a miniature size, he looked completely grown up!
Cleared by staff - maximum height is 325px.
Nothing recently as I have been in hiding other than going to work. The most recent creature of note (November?) is showing my non-birder girlfriend her first American dipper. We spotted it over 50 metres away then it flew in within 2m! Cutest little songbirds.
A black bear in a Subaru. (Neighbor left her car unlocked)
A black furry caterpillar (moved it to a safe bush hoping it wouldn't sting anyone!), a few moths (which I love) and heard a bunch of Picazuro Pigeons cooing!
Deer!! Lots of deer! But there's been a Cougar spotted and unfortunately deer are their favourite meal.. So whenever I see deer now, I'm a bit weary to see a cougar nearby LOL :o :p

we recently went out to one of the nearby lakes out here in cali, and saw a bunch of neat critters.. and their bones! couple of snakes, rabbits, tons of sandpipers and spiders...!
I don't get to see a whole lot of wildlife in the city, but there are a lot of bunnies who live in my neighborhood, and a lot of pretty local birds... but mostly grackles lol
Went with a friend to a nearby wildlife refuge area and saw a lot of birds. Most were species I wasn't familiar enough to name. I recognized a few. Mainly red-winged blackbirds and yellow-headed blackbirds. And possibly a few mallards though they were too far away to definitively identify. There were a lot of small waterfowl. And a lot of insects. And on the way back to town we saw a small mammal that I suspect may have been a young porcupine, though my friend stupidly stopped to look at it in the middle of the road instead of pulling over so when a truck started coming up fast behind us, we had to go so I didn't really get a good look at it.

Most of the time, I've been seeing crows the exact size of cats! Lots of birds visit my window, but I don't know if I can name all of them.
disney squirrels. those things are die-hard bastards and i've had them square up with me when i've tried to shoo them away. like they're full on ready to fist fight you to get whatever they want.
i also ran into an armadillo a few feet away while walking home the other night and we both stared at each other for a few moments before he scurried off.
