Have accidental edibles been discussed? Items that were accidentally marked as edible, but then changed after release? Two specific items come to mind, I don't -think- there are any others, but I could be wrong.

Upon further research, the other item - Baby Crocodile - WAS indeed made edible.

Oh gosh, I looked at the edible list. I must have missed it. But yes, I would love for it to be made edible.

The baby crocodile was made edible (after having first been edible, then being nonedible).

I did see the quote from Amber about empty things not being made edible, but it could be argued that the teapot is not empty. Just because something is decorative doesn't mean it can't be used, it just means it is really hard to wash up after lol
