If you guys lost out on trinkets (like it error'd out while you were dancing or trying to purchase something etc), file a ticket. UAs will work with you. :) This also means if you lost tokens when trying to buy from the BHH, let them know! They'll get your tokens back (or give you the item you tried to buy).

Since the fatal errors are gone I am locking this up!
