Paddy raised an eyebrow, then quickly realised Gaia was joking. Checking around her, to make sure she wasn't going to either fly into another student, or even worse, crash into a wall, she lent forwards slightly and to her surprise her broom smoothly moved forward. Realising she'd not asked how to turn a corner, she lent slightly to the left and almost fell off as the broom made a sharp left-hand turn, aiming straight at Magnus (). "I think I overdid the turn," she replied as he flew out of the way. She could feel herself blushing at her mistake, but she knew for a first attempt she was actually doing better than she thought she might.

"You might want to take it easy wolf pup!" Gaia said with a laugh. "Don't worry I am sure almost all of us have done that. Here, let me show you." Gaia positioned herself parallel to "You want to be gentle when using your broom. Unless you are planning a dive or another sharp maneuver everything is a fluid motion." Gaia gently pushed her arm away from Paddy while holding her broom and start making a right turn completing a circle in one fluid move. "Now you try it."
It took Magnus a moment for his heart to rejoin his chest, at her almost crashing into him. And let Gaia help whilst he composed himself.
Paddy felt a bit guilty at almost crashing into Magnus, but realised he'd probably had worse almost-accidents while playing Quidditch. Watching the way Gaia flew in such a neat circle, she lent forward slightly, and made a slight move to the right. Much to her amazement, she made a slow, wide turn, and brought her broom to a halt, hovering next to Gaia and Magnus.

Gaia clapped excitedly "SEE! You can do it! You will be soaring the skies in no time !" Gaia turned to Magnus () "Are you okay?"
"Much better, you're getting the 'ang of this real quickly," Magnus said. He recovered and was back to his lazy trademark smile. "O' course Gaia. Though if you want to snog me to 'elp me feel better, I shan't say no." He winked at her.
Gaia laughed. "Listen playboy, of course I will take care of you!" Gaia blew a raspberry at Magnus and continue to laugh "you need to be paying attention to !"
()
"You know you can't resist me animal Magnustism." He said laughing robustly at his pun. He was watching Paddy...ish...
Gaia almost fell of her broom laughing. "That was just awful. Don't ever say that again!" ()
"You're just jealous that you didn't think of it," he said sticking his tongue out at her. "Don't fall off your broom, Gaia! I can't flirt wif you if you are unconscious," he said with concern.
[img align=left]https://i.imgur.com/SVnDghm.png">/img Gaia scoffed "Your flirting needs work! Speaking of flirting I wonder where Adrien () is at. I am sure he would want to fly." Gaia called Aderyn () over "want to help us help get used to flying?" Then looked around "Has someone seen Sadie ()?"
"Well, Casanova didn't start off as the best flirt either. Cierno 'ad ta 'ave 'elp. You've got lil' ol' Magnus give me time, me flower. I'll 'ave you blooming over me." His eyes were watering with laughter at is yet another bad pun. But he did a purr/growl and waggled his eyebrows. Flirting was so much fun
"You are just so bad at this. It is awful!" Gaia landed her broom and sat on the ground laughing.
"'Ey all I 'ad was the cheesy romance novels I nicked from me old 'Ead Mistress. She didn't like me putting them back with the rude words crossed out and suggestions written in the margins though."
Katsumi had gone on several fast laps around the pitch with the small group, continuing even after a couple students went over to help a furry newcomer. But before too long she ended up rejoining them, just in time to catch the tail end of the flirting, and for Magnus to mention marking up books with "improvements". The reserved girl gasped at the comment. Marking up books was practically a crime -- but the thought of what changes the cheeky Gryffindor might have made to them was sufficiently amusing that she found herself laughing. "Remind me never to let you borrow any of my textbooks," she told him, her eyes dancing with mirth.
The way some people spell makes me wonder about their pronunciation. My CW shop, and my ping group
Magnus laughed saying, "I only marked up 'ers. Mostly I keep me books in excellent condition, barely opening them so as the binding don't get broken. Treasures they are. But I couldn't resist with 'er, especially after she got cross wif me for not eating me sprouts. She always suspected me but couldn't prove it on account o' me changing up the 'and writing."
