There are a few places beginning with S but I went for a place I've been recently. Can you guess where? I like the idea of a carnival. It's been too dreary here recently.

Here's my attempt at my Mum. Her favourite colour is blue and she wears it a lot. She doesn't wear make-up unless she goes somewhere. Her hair is a different style and colour from this but it was the closest I could do. I love her to pieces.
