Okay, so dementor is a really good guess, but it actually is a dragon. Initially, the riddle had the phrase "fiery breath," but I thought that would be too easy to guess.

And while I initially thought dragon, my final answer would have been a nundu, as their breath is actually poisonous, and we've not encountered any poison-breathing dragons in the HP universe. Fatal dose made me think poisons. Overthinking it, I guess~

You gasp as its wings spread. The dragon hops forward and methodically begins flapping its wings. It hovers, falls, then finds balance in the air.</p>
<p>You find your breath and smile. "You&;re going to help us keep it hidden, right?" a friend asks. It is a rhetorical question. They know you&;ll say yes.</p>

You throw your bag on the floor and organize the library books on your nightstand. You pull Home Life and Social Habits of British Muggles and lay your stomach across the bed. Out of curiosity, you flip to the beginning pages and notice the publication date is 1987. You roll your eyes and wonder how outdated this will be.</p>

<p>Your stomach rumbles as you read about the influence of color televisions on family life. You wish you had snuck some food back from lunch. Instead, you pull open the bottom drawer of the bedside table and withdraw a tiny burlap candy sack. You grab an opaque pink jelly bean from the bag and hold it up to the light. There are no flecks in it, which is probably a good sign. You pop it in your mouth and smile.</p>
