Bio: Notes: A vampire upon their majority will start the process of becoming an occulemns/legilimens mastery under the guidance of a vampire elder. Usually this elder is the same mentor that has been assigned at birth and most of the time is not their parents, close family, or godparents. Upon their majority, the empath powers that all full-blooded vampires have, are awakened and it can be extremely traumatising if the process is not firmly controlled to allow them to adjust to the new influx of information. A vampire uses their empath skills traditionally in the hunting of their prey however in the modern day it is used more to ascertain the state of their blood donor/s (as they share a semi-romantic, if not fully romantic relationship). Blood given willingly by healthy donors tastes better so vampires take great care to keep their donors happy and fighting-fit. It is highly important for fledgelings to study the theory of mind magics in preparation of their majority in order to ease the onslaught of foreign emotions. The earlier occlumency is mastered, the easier it is to lock the unwanted stream of data behind their mental walls. That being said, a vampire's body and magic attempts to lessen the strain by allowing vampires to have an unusual affinity to mind magics. *I must emphasise that in the modern age, these mind skills are less instrumental than the pass as donors eliminate much of the evolutionary traits that allowed vampires to gain the skills necessary to survive as a predator

Elizabeth lives with her family in Cottenham, a small village, slightly north of Cambridge. They live a bit outside of the village so they can use magic without fearing a Muggle stumbling upon them. Although Cottenham is mainly inhabited by Muggles, there's an undeniable magic around this place. Local legends say that long ago, the village muggles wanted to built the Church more in the town's centre, but the foundation stones kept appearing on another place. After hearing this legend from her grandfather as a kid, she developed a great interest in books to learn more and accidentally found the locked, old school books of her parents without them knowing(which was actually the first time she used magic: to open the lock). They were quite surprised when they found Elizabeth in the garden with a pile of magic books about two weeks later. Considering her young age, she clearly did only understand few of what was written in these books, but gathering this knowledge while skimming through the books became quite handy at Hogwarts later, remembering things from chapters that were about to come. She is an only-child and spent most of her childhood in the open fields of her home, exploring every inch of it, where she discovered a special ability about her. She was about to go home when she heard the quietly hissed words, coming from a small grass snake. Being 8 then, she was terrified at first, she kept this a secret for two years until she finally grew the confidence to ask her parents about this ability. Bio: Aria’s father and three brothers died during the clan wars when she was a young child (they were great wizards but this was kept a secret from her). Her mother took her to the city where a wealthy man employed her mother to be a house servant. Soon after Aria's 7th birthday the master began using her as entertainment for his guests. The only good thing from this was that the master allowed her to learn to learn to ride horses and take archery and defense lessons alongside the master’s youngest son. Aria knew she had command of things not of the material world when she was very young, but was naive to the reality of magic. She ran from her master's mansion, at the age of 11, after her mother was killed by one of the mercenaries the master would often house and entertain.

Aria puts on the face of bravery but inside she is afraid of many things. She is a very observant and self-reflecting girl with very little in the way of life’s comforts.
