To get to guests quickly, i kinda mentioned it a bit in the mail -

Hover over the "personal" tab then alllll the may at the bottom of that tab there is "customize Sidebar" Click that

Then add things to your sidebar - I'd suggest quests. Then click on one of the names and continue from there.

Just did a quest for Cinthia...got some points and it looks like some kind of clothing item

You can do ten of them and the quicker you do a quest the more rewards you get ^^

On neo I don't do much, lol. I usually just zap my current lab rat with the lab ray until it changes to a painted color or limited edition pet. Then I put them up for adoption. I am also fairly active in my adult guild.
