Grandfathering probably works with the original concept. idk, and honestly, idc about what Neopets does, the sooner they go under, the better, imo.

Either way, I support more prizes for our games, updating them and revamping them, fixing those that don't work. I don't support a subeta casino. I'd support new games, but not straight casino games.

Besides, we have the CS chance machines, we have the vending machines, we have the Coin machine in the Centropolis subway, we have the slots, we have the scratchcards...all chance. If there was a problem with this, the site would've already been asked to remodify things. I can only see things being an issue if the games were played with CSC which they wouldn't be. It'd be sP.

Coin Machine, Vending, Slots and Scratchcards were all on the site before the laws changed in Europe. The fact they are acceptable is known as grandfathering.

The only one thing that was not are the CS chance machines, and they're based on the same mechanics as vending anyway, just with a different currency.

I really want someone with a good legal grasp to explain me how the european laws work, concerning online gambling.
