Oh yeah, I don't think they would lie to us about this being helpful. In fact, it makes a lot of sense why it would be, even for someone who doesn't know too much about programming. I was just saying that I can understand where some people are coming from based on the previous track record of "This will fix it!" and then it doesn't fix it as much as they thought.

But yeah, I think it's best to just take it one step at a time. Everyone realizes that this is a big change, but I would definitely rather have a more stable site where we can actually do things rather than complaining about errors a few times a month. People are always resistant to change, especially big change. I think eventually this will blow over and just become the norm, but in the meantime it's understandable that some people are upset.

We'll be able to see a bit more in a day or so when this rolls out to everyone, and not just GA users.

Yep, the 17th so about a day (and a bit) before it goes live for everyone. I'm looking forward to making a new shop, but I'll probably keep my old one too until they figure out what to do about the stats for the achievements.

I'll probably do the same for my shops, I like the stats of them haha

I really hope the categories switch over too with the items in the right category. Sorting through 3000 item and not knowing which category they go back into...shudders

I could do that with my gallery, but it'd be a total shitstorm to me if it wasnt. I could do like...one or two pages a day, or howecer many untiL I feel like stabbing a first aid dummy...XD

my galleries are already small enough so they don't need categories xD they're all pretty specific themes.

well. 500 items is still kind of ridiculous for a shop imo XD But it'll do for now since they're planning on raising it again soon.
