I have this problem where I like to collect all of the holiday things...unfortunately I wasn't very active on subeta for a few years so I'm waaayyyyy behind on some holidays

Yeah, the first couple of years after I joined here I wasn't quite as active, since I still went on Neopets a lot more frequently. But for the past year or two I've been on here more often than there, that site is kinda dead. :c

I USED TO BE LIKE THAT! (Had a gallery of 14k holiday items...) Then I was somehow cured and got rid of it all.

Slightly a few months ago (maybe a year?) but no it's been like this for a very long time. I became a skeleton last year during the zombie holiday

I hear you on the holiday items. I used to have a gallery filled with them; they're in my vault now. I only sell them if I have multiples.

Imagine if old holiday items could have been donated. We likely would have donated 5 million items.

Actually, it would be neat if there was some event where we could trade in some old holiday items for some other things. Donate x amount to get x item.

I made a whole gallery of my extras thinking maybe I'll trade em but then I was thinking you are way too fuckin lazy for that. So maybe someday i'll just transfer everything and sell them. But then I worry that prices will increase and I'll lose a lot lol

Some of my retired holiday items have been sitting in my shop forever - no one wants them. :c Some are worth quite a bit; however, if no one buys them, then they're really not worth anything.

That is very true :( That's why I thought about trading them but then comes the trouble of finding someone with something you want that wants your thing too

There's also the problem of having a rare one that people will actually buy, but not wanting to part with it. They shall sit in my vault forever, so that I can look at it and say, "I own this. I won't let anyone else have it."

According to my vault, this is my most expensive holiday item: There is no way anyone would pay that much for it and it shouldn't be worth that much anyway.

haha yepp. Also I have 11 extra Witchs Spiders and none are in shops right now or trades. Not a clue what it's worth so they just sit in my gallery
