Congrats! That was my first 'collection' achievement I ever started working on. I sadly stopped though, because I got so overwhelmed in keeping track and finding them all ): Any tips?

I'm suggesting Subetalodge it's the best way to keep track on collections.. You can make a list, add your current collection to update and then you can see what you still need.. where to buy etc :)
