Can I just give a suggestion? Since your have list isn't really huge, I think it'd be best for you to actually put up for sale only what you are sure you will sell.

Cuz it's a bit troublesome that we have to keep asking for things that you know you are not willing to part with :I at least if we know you are not selling X or Y we won't even take our time to ask about the price :c

I see everyone do it this way. I used to do sales posts in the way you suggested and for whatever reason it didn't garner any attention. This way I've sold many things I haven't been able to sell in the past. Not sure why that works the way it does, but it does. x.x
