I've only battled the first one. I fight with brawn. I'm not knowledgeable about weapon's icons and scrolls blessings and curses. I go in with my eyes shut and start swinging away. Lol. But I'll help you all can.

Yeah, if I can't beat the opponent, I just try again and boost my stats. LOL. I have a fairly strong pet but maybe it's my weapons and lack of strategy. :)

sometimes I google the opponent and find information on how to beat the opponent. There's someone who has a blog about battling though I cannot remember the name or else I'd link you directly.
