Yes, it was sad to learn of the passing of Gene Wilder but I will continue to enjoy Young Frankenstein, Blazing Saddles and Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. And to tell ya the truth, he'll always be my Willy Wonka over Depp.

Oh hands down, no question AT ALL. I do like Johnny Depp, but from the moment I saw his portrayal of Willy Wonka, I was so disheartened.

Funny enough I had started a list of movies to start watching for Halloween and had added Young Frankenstein to my my list. Been laughing over various scenes in my head from Young Frankenstein since the weekend.

hahaha, good one. Can't say I don't blame her, I'd do that too and every now and again my hubs or I will say something like that to one another. We do that with other movies or shows too, lol.

hides I like the original but I prefer the newer one, not for Depp's performance (feel like the tried a bit too hard) but just the overall feel - 70's modernized and creepy... >.< I know I'm the odd one on this though. But I tend to like a lot of Tim Burton's stuff.

nothing wrong with Burton films, I like a lot of them. However, the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory remake was not one of my liking. I'll watch it but it's not something I would watch over and over again.

And I realized earlier I remained Charlie and the Chocolate Factory - Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. Way to go me, my brain is renaming classics, haha.

They should make a sequel of Charlie all grown up and finding a replacement... that'd be nice, though based off the original, not the Tim Burton - it's still the classic. :)

So, started changing up my pets' names. Glad I don't have 50 pets. LOL.
I think this is the third name change for a few of them. Poor babies, they get confused easily.

Hm... What else can I say? I play football, am interested in fashion and what the stars are up to, travelling (which often is a reason for me not being online for up to two weeks) and movies ^^ I think that's about it... ok I hope I didn't come across as a total creep and as you probably noticed I don't do this "getting to know people online" -stuff a lot. We voted on them awhile back, the schedule is in my siggy actually if you want to plan ahead. So October is purple, November Gold-Orange, December we're doing ears (something new, we'll look like little elves!), and I added Platinum for January quite recently. :)

Ah! That's good to know! Like elves? I expected something like cat ears or something like the (Fun fact: is probably my 2nd favourite wig) when I read it first in your signature but I guess the kind of ears you meant are more season apropriate xD Does that mean I could even wear the wig/ears combo my HA is wearing right now? Well of course not mermaid themed but...?

Whichever ear interpretation you want to go with will work - we're pretty flexible. :)
