witchy senses eh? anything like spidey senses? I totally get the annoying neihbors thing. I live in an apartment and my upstairs neihbors make the worst racket and they act like they have no idea why they are noisy. Like get a clue. I told them they were keeping me awake and the guy was like how? umm... barking dog, heavy footsteps. slamming doors, dropping stuff onto the floor. I mean duhh... then the neighbors upstairs across from them has this kid that repeatedly leaves trash by our front door. and then... yes still going... the office messed up our rental agreement and we have to wait to get it fixed hopefully tomorrow. Oh the joys of apartment living.
