WAVES hey lady! I'm sooo sorry I haven't been here this week. I got knocked flat on my rear end Monday evening. Went to the pre-op all was well then woke up in the middle of the night with the evilest cough and hellish fever yet. I don't even know how high it went but I know that it was freaking up there all day Tuesday... Best way I can explain is the Summer Heat when it's so hot it's sweltering from a distance? Yeah. That was my brain and eyes all day Tuesday and I kept thinking if I could just sleep it off and drink water I'd be okay. Man... I should have just gone to the ER. Wed went back to the doctor and their thermometer was steadily beeping off the meter and was at 102 before the girl was like yep I'm not standing here anymore it keeps going up be right back... Doc came in and thought it was the flu but checked my lungs and the right side wasn't playing right I guess cause it wasn't moving air from what he could tell so I'm back on prednisone but my fever is gone. So now I get to have my lungs checked first of the year I guess. Yay? Eh.

Whew.

Anywho, I'm wired from the stupid prednisone from yesterday (day one) and haven't slept fully yet so I may have to skip today or take half. I want to sleep but yeah...

aww poor you, prednisone is so not fun. I hope they find out whats going on.

prednisone is something else, that's for sure. I don't really know how it's supposed to help but it has I'm not coughing my head off except for every now and again I get a spell but it's a lot less.

... No worries, if you need to rest that is just fine. I think prednisone can remove severe inflammation. I was given some for a cough last month or so. It helped. But yours is more serious. Mine was just a virus. No fever...
I am doing well today. Yesterday i was still reeling from the convo i had with my mom on tuesday. Hence, my decision to stop contact. After about three days now im much better. Today will be a good day. Yesterday i just hung out with a friend and her kitties. Animals definatelynhave a healing power.

I didn't even make it back on like I wanted ended up with another fever. Meh. I tried to take mucinexdm to pull the cough and phlegm out, didn't seem to do anything so that's frustrating. Sorry to hear about the family troubles but I'm glad you did what you had to do. As for animals being therapeutic, yep. I shouldn't be loving on mine since I'm healing but I needed to hold at least one of my kittens for a good few minutes today.

I'm working on it trust you me! :) Also, I hope you and had a good time today. Hopefully in the new year we can all meet up.

We don't really wrap presents, eric likes to put them in bags with sheer paper lol. Went to Michael's today and got a lot of items I need to make ornaments, so I'll be doing that this week.

Lol correction that's what I did as well. I ate wrapping XD got a zillion bags under the tree XD I made ornaments last year that's always a good idea!! Love your ha!

For sure! It's easy and you just stuff paper to cover everything haha! Though one year I did wrap presents and had to show Eric how to wrap again :P I'm making unicorn ornaments for the kiddos and some wreath type ornaments for the adults.

flops in whaat a busy weekend and monday whew! A bunch of church buddies had a clothing exchange where we brought clothes and took stuff. I made it big!! Lots of nice clothes :) yay for me! You cant beat free clothes, and pretty to boot!
