any tips as to how to get/earn the achievements we're due for collection stuff we completed while they were not working? My count should be ,874 now, as I was missing the achievement for 2.6k plushies. When I reached that point, I got the event in my sidebar and the pop up onscreen saying I had received the achievement. Additionally, that tier turned green in my achievements. However, my count never increased. I track my achievements in a private forum so I'm sure that the count didn't go up.

I've just been to my collection and visited the prize section, etc. and nothing changed. Is it just a heavy cache or is there another way to do it?

we've been able to that, you just have to change your group from 'Private' to 'Invite Only' to have that option :)

no problem! I just figured it out a couple of months ago myself, I had been sending people the link and telling them to join and I would accept. Then I messed around with the settings and the option to invite popped up when I changed it to Invite Only.

It would be handy if you could send invites under any of the settings, or at least both of the private ones!

I agree. My group existed before they made the forum changes and I used to be able to invite people. Then POOF! I couldn't. Or more accurately, I could, but didn't know it until you told me. :)

Wait, so you mean you can't get pinged anymore? How will I know when somebody has replied if pings are gone!? And what's the point of the "Ping User" button now?

Edit: Wait, saw an earlier post explaining. User ID, not username. Okay. So pings still work. That clears things up.

Not everyone has a 6 digit userID though. 's userID is 5, and people have been known to accidentally ping them when posting times like :30. That's why it was fixed :)

Thanks. I've been prone to using @ 5:45 when pinging sbqrs to let them know the time it restocked. I didn't actually know it ping a user. Glad that got fixed.
