Here's to this not being against subeta's rules to post. I don't think it is cause there's worse outfit combinations possible on subeta, but alas! Better safe than sorry!

i've never actually played anything before DA:I i know i'm literally the worst human being on the planet -- mind explaining a bit?

Oh, it's okay. (Default carver is the one thats shown in the basic information box) Basically carver is the protagonist's younger brother, and if you play as mage hawke, carver survives the prologue, if not a mage, his twin sister survives instead. Carver usually sees himself as in hawke's shadow, so he seems bitter and grumpy and feels inferior, but he loves his sibling and would protect them. After the first act of the game, if you took him on the quest, he gets tainted nd the only way to save him is to send him away with the grey wardens. It's my favorite route-- as I identify as him-- I,, I probably misunderstood your question opps.

Nah thanks that actually helped a lot. I was so confused cause i had heard the name hawke before and i was like "alright but who is this guy he doesn't have the red over his nose" so i'll get on that~
