I got some items from there, then it started to be completely empty for more than an hour for me. I kept refreshing every couple of minutes. Now that I looked at the shop id, it says 0, so that may be the reason.

Some of the better things I've found. It's nice to have some incentive to keep going through the melody items and normal restockables.
