- Got to love the sporadic users. I've had my eyes on a few pets for the last couple years and the owners pop on then ploof! It'll happen eventually, just to to wait em out ^ ^

I've not had too many pet name clearing attempts. I guess mainly because my desired names just aren't as popular for others. I did snag one on the 1st, and I was a nervous wreck trying for it. I refreshed too many times and got the error then realized I had the pet already lol

I missed a lot of names I liked but I only have two names I was really sad about I missed them. One is Hermes. I actually missed the name cause I fell asleep about an half hour bevor the clearing and the other name is Collin.. Cause I really love that name.

I even was pretty sad, when I missed Phobos years ago and checked who got him at that time. Cause it was a fellow German who got him I congratulated the person who got him and the funny thing is, cause of it we got really good friends even in Real Life and she gave the Phobos to me later on ^^.

The only name I've ever stalked a clearing for is Doctor Whooves, and tbh, I doubt many people were going after that name in addition to myself. lmao So, fortunately, I've never missed out on a pet name. I probably would have died a little inside if I missed Doctor Whooves that day though.

There's a name I'm stalking right now and I definitely have to prepare myself for the possible letdown because it's really popular, but I won't know how it feels until the time comes. lol

I've never actively pursued a name, only to miss it, yet. But I have to say one feeling that hurts probably just as bad is seeing a name that you'd really like to have, but it's on an active account that has a note about no pets ever going up for adoption. 😅 At that point it's just as futile as having it snatched right out from under you. Or when it's a name that's on an account and you literally can't tell if it's active or going inactive so you spend a lot of time waiting and wondering what's happening.

On a positive note, one time I found a name that was due to clear, but I forgot about it. Then when I remembered and checked, it was actually still there. No one had taken it and I couldn't believe it. It was "Doodle Bug" and I yoinked it fast when I realized what was going on haha; it was my old cat's name. I like to think she was named after the character from Pappyland, which probably no one remembers but me OTL

There's no better way to describe it, really! Of course I only pick up what really inspires me. xD

Well, about a week later, and it still kind of hurts, heh, especially since I've been doing a lot of restocking in the Spells shop, and lots of those items would have looked great in this pet's TC. But onward to two weeks, when I will be obsessing over the other name I want.

I can't seem to ever get any names nowadays, I'm always too late. Most recent I got was Chewbacca, but that's probably only because the account had several other, more interesting names. I actually wanted one of those instead but it was taken already so I opted for Chewie. Other than that, I can't really remember the last time I caught something I wanted. There's a name I've been looking at for months but there's still half a year to go.

Oh boy do I know what your talking about aaah. I just crashed when i found out the name Ive been hunting got snatched from me a few months back. And the worse part was. When I gave up on the name. I found it in the pound! But... so did someone else aparently because after 4 secconds of me just staring at it , it got snatched up. Still shooting myself in the foot for that one ah. I'm one of those mysterious pops on and off for MONTHS. I've had a few "watching my account" for a little while cause of a few of my pets haha. 8 years here (technicaly 10) and I ain't gonna turn over dead yet!

I really wish I had more then two of my favourite names in my possession tho awe.
