I would throw them off the property, or what ever it took for them to leave. If it was worth donating and there were abnormal amounts of items no normal person could use. Anything disgusting goes to the dump.

Yep they try to placate them and bargain with them. They should have to go into immediate counseling, like they do detoxing someone in a clinic. Part of the counseling would be learning cleaning habits.

You can usually tell the ones that will keep stuff. They act irrational through the whole process, children act more grown then they do.
