YW! I am ready for the 4th, but not my dogs. I will have to bring them in early until after the 4th of July. They are afraid of them, and people here let them off illegally. Poor things if it isnt fireworks, its thunder and lightning. i wish I had dog earmuffs, lol.

Ready and not redy, I love the 4th of July. But dread it, because of how frighten my dogs get. Its illegal to use fireworks here, because of chances of fire.

of wow yea that makes sense i don't really care for it.. like i showed my canadian support but not big on the whole thing fireworks are cool but the ones here probably suck, LOL

Fireworks are better if a whole neighbor gets together and light all the fireworks. We did that growing up, all the neighbor men got together to light them. Plus it was the same with easter eggs, and at Christmas they would dress up as elves and deliver big presents like the bicycles. My sister and I got one year. Some how the meadow in the center of the neighbor had Santa's sleigh tracks in the morning.

omg sleigh tracks that is awesome.. kids would love that so much :) the best fireworks i have ever seen were in Vancouver they do it over the water and it goes on for hours

All the neighbor kids loved, and tried to figure out how it was possible for Santa's to have come for a visit. Oh that would be beautiful.

it was.. i went with a friend for canada week.. it was so much fun i love how excited little kids get for all these holidays.. like santa. :D

We dont get to the celebration here its held at a baseball stadium near the border between the US and Mexico. We rather be home without the crowd, nd being the close to the border. You dont want to chance it, because people will steal your car and its off into Mexico in minutes.
