yes, still home fire has changed direction but still close getting some cleaning done today while things are mellow

hey guys, i think we will be alright weather got cooler and the fire also had changed direction got rain wednesday morning and it was pouring yesterday morning but turned into snow it is still snowing O we have about a foot on the ground

yea, i'm gonna look into hatching my own people around here don't have true silkes except for white and black i want all the colours in different flocks

yep, you get eggs (i might have to order online) then you put them in an incubator for 21 days then you keep them under a light 3-4 weeks or till 5-6 weeks.. if its not nice weather yet then i can make sure they are calm and handled i have found out that there are 7 recognized silkie colours; black, blue, buff, gray, partridge, spaslh and white a bunch of colours that people have created; chocolate, lavender, paint, porcelain, red and an untrue colours (don't have the blue earlobes) cuckoo

i am in love with them i will have to search high and low to get all those colours all i have found is white and black partridge and splash mixes

also look up frizzles and polish, LOL then i ran into a really ugly one called showgirls

still might get a breeding pair of Netherlands Dwarfs bunbuns.. but not till later
