Yeah. I mean it's not really healthy takeout, still junk food but I think just having eaten those 5 cookies (and otherwise only having eaten a banana this morning) really probably wasn't good. I was planning on ordering takeout two hours ago but I just kept getting side tracked and delaying. LOL.

Yeah, probably the sugar thing, too much sugar but not other stuff. But at least there is rice and rice is always good for settling stomachs.

Though not sure if sugar can really make you feel nauseated, I know low/high blood sugar can just make you feel bad, not sure about nausea, but I mean I guess if it is all you've eaten all day its not good.

I really need to force myself to eat better meals. Normal days I end up either skipping breakfast or grabbing something quick then not eating until dinner time, or if I didn't have breakfast sometimes I grab a lunch or something. I've just gotten used to letting time pass without eating things and then I'd buy stuff like cookies or other junk and binge on that, but obviously thats not real food... >.>
