Please keep in mind that you can use the gear button () in every post made. The gear will display a drop down menu, where you'll find the Report Post feature, where you can fill out the reason why you're nominating them for MOTM.

Administrators will get notified of a new report, and whoever's online at the moment will create a thread with the nomination, allowing everyone to chime in with any additional nominations if you feel that person is deserving for the reward.

The report will be dismissed once the nomination is posted, and we'd like to stress out that you CAN use the same feature to actually report any rude comments, bullying or any other conduct that breaks our Cult's guidelines.
