Thanks . He's getting there. He slept so long on Thursday, so then he didn't take a nap at all yesterday even though you could tell he was still not feeling well. Today he seems to be kicking it, less coughing and such. Hopefully soon! I hate keeping him "resting and calm". I feel like it's too many movies for someone so little...but it keeps him resting in between when he convinces me to let him play a bit.

I'm such a crab today. My workout did not go very well and now it's just thrown me all off, I was so frustrated with it. So now I'm chillin with little man watching Lion King and maybe getting some surveys done.

How's everyone's Saturdays? Anyone doing anything for Superbowl? We don't, but I know a lot of people do get-togethers for it!

Ah, the Superbowl is today? I guess that explains all of the Facebook posts I've been seeing for Superbowl/snack/party-type foods :P I won't be watching, sports aren't exactly my thing ^_^ My husband's in the kitchen making the most amazing ramen ever and I am super excited to eat it! That is about the extent of my plans for today, haha

I think I'm getting better. I've actually been able to breathe today and yesterday wasn't so bad. No more snow pls, or frozen rain.

Is it Superbowl time already? My mom and little brother go nuts for it, I remember when I stayed with her last year that I had to leave the house, they were screaming so loud like wdf.

Tom and I are going to my cousin's house for the superbowl. He always takes off every year for it. I'm making a taco dip, like my favorite thing in the world.

Nah, its kewl, happens when you have ppl from around the world XD I've seen a good bit of Rugby, that game is brutal o.o' and bloody XD Football's a bit tamer then that, that's for sure, we haz helmets and padding everywhere XD The neat part is its the Superbowl (final two teams who beat out all the others from the season) and its also the 50th anniversary :) Grats on the new pet color :D

You get padding, granted your tackles look a bit more terrifying, but still; padding! and they let me try rugby; poor, fragile me who a five year old could tackle to the ground ... my childhood teachers were daft XD I always preferred dodge ball; couldn't throw for toffee but at least it went with my instincts to avoid incoming objects

Hello loves! I hope y'all have had a great day. I had to work today. I work for a cable company on Super Bowl Sunday. Apparently, the Super Bowl gives me magical cable-fixing powers. sarcasm At least, that's what my customers seem to think. I'm sorry I've been missing the last few days. I've been feeling off and couldn't figure out what was wrong. I was having a ramp up to an anxiety attack, which snuck up on me at work today. I ended up leaving work early and having a breakdown when I got home. I'm so thankful for family and friends that understand. This is the 2nd one I've had in a month and I only even used to get them maybe twice a year. I'm going to talk to a psychiatrist tomorrow before I have my regular session with my therapist. Anyway, I should be getting my tax refund this week so lots of things to do.

Haha, well of course you have magical powers; everyone knows that the service companies can fix things in an instant with their wands, even if it's caused by sheer stupidity xD Well I hope you get bonus pay or something, working sucks when you have to miss things like that. Hey guys! Haven't been on much, Saturday I was feeling kind of sick so spent the day reading and lying in the bed and napping. Then yesterday was game night, so that was fun (and my HP references were ridiculously on point, for the record).

Alex is going back to work today! (yay!). They're only going in and cleaning the kitchen for the new few days, and then only working Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays until March, but it's something! And then Mondays and Tuesdays off again until May, then Mondays off. So I'm going to keep enjoying having him home for now, before I don't see him too much again :P

Anyway, we're going to buy a new stove tonight (one and a half burners don't work on ours, and the oven only has one working element, so it's time for a new one for sure), and taking the girls out for dinner. It's going to be fun, we haven't eaten out in quite a while :P

I'm just recovering today from being sick this weekend myself. I finally caught one of the colds G had. He's much better and back to school today. I missed my workout today, which was hard to do, but I'm in that stage where I feel better but if I do too much I'll get sick again and I don't have any energy anyway. I'll probably do a light workout tomorrow (usually one of my off days) while G has swim lessons.

Well, to be fair. OK.

So we used to live with my in-laws, and two of the burners on THEIR stove didn't work, and neither did one of the heating elements! So then we moved here.. and two months later, they got a new stove (humph :P!)

So we've been cooking on 2/3 elements and a half working oven for the past 9 years or so. So over it! Yeah.. new appliances are nice :P
