Have you tried doing a hard refresh on the tree page? That fixed the issue for me.

I changed my tree from Peka Glade to Arctic Frost and it's still showing as the Peka Glade tree on the tree decoration page...doing a hard refresh does NOT work
My tree is not showing up at all on the tree page. Like...there's nothing at all there. No ornaments, no tree, just blank space. Anyone else getting that? I had wanted to add more ornaments, but...
Mine shows up on my profile at times, but mostly it just shows a broken image box D: Which sucks because I want to show it off.

I think here might be a good place to report the bug you had. Seems to be more than one with trees. :x

They're working now, but I was getting a fair bit of 404s trying to gift o.o
I'm having the same problem as . I originally had the Arctic Frost tree. But I found a pumpkin ornament and got an idea and changed it to the Veta tree. On my profile it shows up as the Veta tree, but when I edit the ornaments it's the Arctic Frost tree still....which just makes it difficult to see where the ornaments fit on the new tree.
Yeah I'm having the disappearing tree if you hover over my avatar, you'll see my presents but that's all. Also, can't save my tree either like others. Using Chrome.
EDIT: Hard refresh didn't work :(

If you are still having trouble getting the tree you choose to show up, try clicking where it says "If you want to reset your tree click here to take off all of your ornaments." This should fix the issue and allow the tree you've picked to show up.

I'm having the same issue as I changed my tree, saved it, left the page, tried to come back and put more ornaments....but there's no tree to be found. It's showing up on my profile fine, just the ornament editor page is being glitchy to the point of non-functional.
Did you try clicking the "If you want to reset your tree click here to take off all of your ornaments"?
but I just put the ornaments on! :/ If that's the only way, I guess I will...
Edit: Nevermind I fixed it! I just have to decorate again. Thanks .

Is the tree I picked still showing up? I've tried many times now to delete the tree but it won't go away for me. I don't want one anymore. I've removed all the ornaments out of the storage area, reset my tree many times, hard refreshed, clicked the delete tree link many times, yet the tree is still there. I've even waited a day just in case.
At this point the "Click here to delete your tree." is a lie.
