Have you tried clicking on the link where it says "If you have already autopriced, but it did not finish processing, click here to continue." to see if it resolves the issue for you?

Glad that it worked for you last night. If you run into this issue again though, try using that link. More times than not it will resolve the issue of items not getting autopriced. :)
