Yeah, it's no problem if you want to change the name. :) If you're doing a swap, I'll take the other pet, but if it's s straight change, don't worry about it.

What a cool topic! Welp, I really want an Experiment 357 (Common or Scribble, I don't care as long as I can use a Common Elixir on it). However, it must be female (unless a gender swap elixir exists, then no worries). Hope I don't sound demanding :P

I also am not sure if I can change its name... is there an option to change the name of an adopted pet? Does the name swapper work for pets that have come from other users?

Welcome to Subeta! Let's start at the beginning.

1. Yes, there is a way to change your pet's name. It costs 500 CSC, which is the Subeta currency bought with real money. (There are also ways to earn small amounts of it on the site, but it would take a long time to earn enough for a name change this way.) This is the equivalent of about 5 USD. The name swap works on any pets you own, but costs 750 CSC, about 7.50 USD.

2. There is a way to change the sex of your pet. You can do so with the which can be bought from the Millionaire Center for 10 million Sp, or from other users. (usually for slightly less)

3. While you can transform your pet from scribble to common, you do it with a potion, not an elixir. On Subeta, potions change the color of a pet, while elixirs change both the color and species, and there are no elixirs for experiment pets, you can only get them from the pet zapper.

4. Finally, and this is just me, and not one of the rules of the thread, I do not adopt pets out to accounts less than one month old. Sorry! Unfortunately, there are lots of new players that don't stick with the site, and I hate when a pet I worked hard to make someone's dream pet sits on an abandoned account gathering dust. So, all you need to do is come back in a month, and I'll gladly help you out then. :)

5. If you do re-apply, which feel free to do, please read the rules first, It mentions that on this thread people can't specify any details about the pet other than the color and species. (Including name and gender.) This is something myself and my helpers are doing for free. I should mention that I don't speak for them, and my opinions do not necessarily reflect theirs. They are just helping me out, because they are awesome.
