I've been dealing with depression for about 11 years
10 years depression. But I think the depression is a secondary symptom; I'm making changes and dealing with the underlying issues, and it seems to be clearing! Yay!

I've got Bipolar and Asperger's and some new anxiety, so that's all fun. My meds are slipping as well so I'm either really irritable or really depressed til 2 pm where i get a hyper phase and then sink down again in an hour. Not good for work, luckily I have a great manager and he doesn't/ can't fire me. I think that's the only thing keeping me there
Autism, depression, PTSD. There's other stuff because like, how can't there be at that point right? But those are the big ones. As for physical stuff I have chronic fatigue/pain, diabetes, asthma, and a heart murmur etc. Fun stuff.

, I'm Dyspraxic as well, and was diagnosed with ADHD when I was 16. However, I've also had a very mixed picture with my mental health, sort of a blend of the worst kind of Seasonal Affective Disorder you can imagine with some pretty strange episodes of anxiety and panic, and vast differences in activity levels, so now they are looking into whether the very late ADHD diagnosis might not have been more appropriately investigated as the initial presentation of Bipolar Type II (which would explain my extremely not good or typical reactions to ADHD stimulant medication and lots of different antidepressants).
Either way, they are all things I have had to manage. I do think that you can either sink under these things or thrive and learn to work with yourself and what your individual gifts are. I have to work extremely hard to stay organised, stay stable, and not over or under commit to things over time as I can't always tell how I will be coping in the future, but I manage my own little lifestyle and have achieved a pretty good level of functioning. Having to do that has made me super hard working and self-disciplined! :)
