We had this discussion a long time ago, and the reason that we moved back is because user X shouldn't be prevented from enjoying the full content of the site because user Y has decided to block them.

What if user Y makes an important plot board, with steps to solve it, and because user Y has decided to block a bunch of users for whatever reason, user X has no access to that board.

I'll get together with a UA to go through the blocking section next week after we move servers! :)
