So......i bought the Zapper Version 2 Liability Waiver thinking and reading that it would take the zapper time off. Sadly nobody wrote that this item is probably for ONE USE ONLY!!!! im thinking the one use only was for either you read it to your pet or you apply it to the zapper. So here i am WASTING 100csc on an item that subeta claimed to take the zapper time off. when it would only take the time off once!!!? Am i off or something ? im so mad right now.

Yeah but when you read the comments in the news when they announced it, they said it was one use either for the book or for the wait time, it did not state ONE TIME ZAPPER USE. Clearly nobody wrote it out exactly how it was supposed to go. So im sitting here thinking i can use it one time but to have unlimited zaps! If i feel like it wasnt wrote out right then thats my opinion! I spend real money on csc so i take it serious!

Except someone did write it out in the item description, which you can read by just by hovering over the item. You made assumptions about an item that you weren't familiar with, no one else is to blame for that.

Sorry, but staff shouldn't have to put every single detail about an item into the news post. That would be ridiculous. As others have pointed out, the item description clearly states it's a one time use only thing. And yeah, I wouldn't call this a waste of csc since it did what it was supposed to?

If you're ever unsure of something, just go and ask in the help forums. People will be more than happy to answer your questions. It will help you avoid situations like this in the future.
