I apparently at some point got the fast pass buff, I never even got the alert for it?

I was checking my buffs page, and it's listed as active, but my times are not lowered at all.

Is this affecting anybody else? I'd really like to know, and also get it sorted out soon. It takes ages to ToT for everything I need when I can't even actually get the buff. [edit]As of about sometime mid-Saturday: Fast Pass buff is not happening /at all/! Many people, possibly all?, have not had one since then!

[edit]Tuesday evening the Fast Passes are now working again, but the "fake" buff still exists.

I never look at my dashboard, because I have my events in front. I should check it more often as I get an average of one fast pass every 10 hours of constantly knocking :(

I noticed it one time that I did not received an alert. That was only because I had twice a sugar rush in a row. I believe only one of them was active, but I do not keep track on my knockings...

Maybe it happened because you had two at the same time as well and you made that screen shot right after the first one ran out???

Lol I am sure I am not the only one. Your story makes scense but that would mean that I hardly ever get the fast pass at all. Oh well we have still 7 more days to come, maybe I will have days with lots of fast passes :p

I hadn't had one for hours before then when I got the SS, so I don't think that was the case for mine. =o

You are welcome :* and I will pay more attention to the buff's page ;) perhaps there is another explaination... Only thing I can tell, is that we both miss the "Sugar rush" title in the buff, perhaps that has something to do with the problem (which should be fixed, though).

I have been online for 6 hours today and have not gotten one yet so far XD

I would ask if more people have the same problem if I were you 😟 I think I have 2-3 fast passes a day and I do not spend that much on ToTing...

I actually had not even realized the lack of the buff title, hmm. I'm pretty sure it has some strange involvement. XD

Sorry to see that you're experiencing it as well, but I am glad to see that it's at least not just me!

I just received this problem as well. I only had to wait 3 minutes for my current ToT and thought it was strange as I never got the event that said I had a fast pass, nor did the little icon show up next to "Buffs" on my dashboard. Now it says I only have 32 minutes left in a buff I supposedly just got?

But currently I have to wait 19 minutes for my next ToT with the fast pass buff supposedly still active? Sounds like a pretty big bug to me - it's no wonder I've been getting virtually no fast passes this year :/

I was getting one, maybe two, fast passes a day, but now I have not had one in two days :(

ive been online for 14 hours and have had no fast pass today which is odd even weirder is i have had no new items today and I have not gotten any alerts either.

I'm w/ the group that hasn't received a fast pass in several hours. Actually, I don't think I've seen one since yesterday evening. 😞

I have not received any either and both my sisters are having the same thing. Only (rarely) random reduced time and again buffs that are not active at all.
