^ Most of the NPCs don't dress up. Pete, Sarah, Shinwa, etc. aren't dressed up either.

Sarah should be on her actual quest page (if you have the sP requirement). I need to fix her on the error page, though. SHINWA MIGHT BE FASHIONABLE LATE TO THE PARTY ;)

Oh, hm. When his page got updated the code to switch over for morostide might've been taken off. I'll fix that today when I start working! :)
