I don't know about anyone else, but the site is lagging for me quite badly, especially in the main shops. Could this possibly be because of Morostide planning underway?

Well, Morostide is set to start in a week or so. But I haven't noticed any lag, it could just be a regular short bout of lag.

It's been lagging for me since yesterday. Sometimes it's not AS noticeable but other times I get a seven second lag out...

Hi! I just pushed out some server changes that should make Subeta a lot faster today (after some bumps!), so hopefully you see some improvements in your lag problem, especially ahead of a busy season like Morostide!
